Annalouise Sortini is an award winning director and producer and has received funding for her writing.
She made her first funded short film, My Hatstand in 1991 which won three awards at the Young Filmmakers Awards. Annalouise then went on to make two more shorts, a documentary funded by the Arts Council of South Australia and a short film Addio Tradizione, funded by the SAFC. Addio received film festival awards, distribution with the AFI and broadcast screenings on SBS and FOXTEL.
Her first feature, The Drought, was funded for development twice by the AFC.
In 2002, she started a corporate production company making training and promotional DVDs for business and charities.
In 2015 she began one of the directors of Quadro Collective and began working on two web series.
